High point is not good. Employees are over worked, I can never reach anyone, when I call sometimes no one answers. I go in and it's happened lots mom is slumped over so much her head is almost touching her lap in her wheelchair. She needs better care and unfortunately I don't believe there is such a place

All would be a 5. We had a wonderful experience with Carriage Crossing Taylorville and we have nothing but good things to say about them. Based on the experience, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones,

This place is like family to us

My mother lived at CCT for 3 years. The staff became her second family. It is clean, the staff, from the housekeepers to the management, are all ready to pitch in for any resident need. I would recommend this facility highly

Review for Carriage Crossing Taylorville

I would recommend (and have) Carriage Crossing in Taylorville to all. They took very good care of my husband while I was recuperating from open heart surgery. The staff was exceptional. Friendly yet professional always.

At one time I think you had the yard treated but now the lawn is full of weeds. The main entry way outside is full of sticks. This did not just happen overnight its been weeks.

It's a bright building. They sometimes need more help but overall staff is very caring.
