Highpoint made it extremely difficult to work with any physician other than the facility's contracted "house physician." There was no direct way to contact this doctor, and families were left relying on staff to place residents on the weekly visitation list, which often did not happen. I ultimately had to advocate persistently to arrange care through Mobile Physician Services, whom I highly recommend. In addition, the accounting department was very problematic. The staff is very friendly and engaging with all of the residents. There is always something to do and they really care about everyone, including families.

Clear and transparent communication and availability and access to management to ask questions was big. Apartments are perfect size for my mil's needs. The amenities are good.

Located on a quiet street. The facilities are fairly new so it was very inviting. The apartments were bright and cheerful with decent views.
