In memory care our experience was the care was simply adequate and that was with my mom going in every single day to make sure basic needs were being met. Without that there would be no confidence that is was. Some staff were kind and compassionate but not all. On a number of occasions they forgot to bring my dad his dinner. Overall great. Cleanliness great. Friendless 98%. Quality of care 98% Admin. Fine. Food 85%. Activities 99%. Value 95% There was only two workers there that were not friendly. They need more variety to feed them. Mom was a picky eater but didn't always have a choice of what they served and she just wanted cereal or soup.

The Hilltop Springs apartments are very accommodating with a variety of sizes and features. The food is good and I like that there is a menu to choose from if one does not want the special. The staff is efficient, friendly and they get things done--cooks, waitresses, maintenance, housekeeping, and those who are at the front desk.

99% of the staff was great. There are always a couple of people who shouldn't be working with the elderly. They need to have more choices for those in memory care. Mom needed a clean airy room with space to move around and her own bathroom/ shower. The open area was very nice. We were allowed to have family gatherings there also!

Have had our Mom here since the opening and the best way to describe the way this place is run is by “bait and switch” sales techniques.
