I would rate all of the above a 5 except for the food. I would give that a 3. The facility is exceptionally bright and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The short time my deceased brother-in-law was there they went out of their way to make him comfortable. Highly recommend this facility.

5 stars most definitely, the staff here have been so good and friendly, as well as very helpful. Food so far has been quite tasty and I like the fact they give you options to choose from. The one bedroom we have is a good size as we wait for a 2 bedroom to open up.

Birch Heights is clean and well staffed. There is always something to do and my dad hasn't complained about the food ever. (That's saying a lot!) His studio apartment is spacious and the balcony is a bonus.
