PositiveIt is a lovely place, but I don’t believe it is for me. All meals are included but meal times are 8 AM, 12 noon, and 5 PM. The biggest meal of the day is at noon. These times would not work well for me. I’m not sure I want a place that provides all meals.

I would give them 5 stars across the board. Unfortunately, we couldn’t keep him there because he needed more care than they were able to provide. He suffered a fall in the bathroom, hit his head, and has been on a breathing tube ever since. That said, it’s a wonderful and very affordable place for someone who is able to care for themselves. My experience would be a 5. I know they suffered some staff shortages which did end up trickling down to the residents but the staff worked very hard to put the residents first. I would definitely recommend them. They were very kind to my mother and I'm very grateful for that.

CriticalThe men that I worked with were very nice but they were a little bit pushy to be honest. I had four missed calls in one day and I am a teacher and just could not get to my phone. They didn’t allow me a chance to really call them back. I also received several texts and emails within that 24 hour period. Once I responded and said that we chose another facility they tried getting me to come and lowering the rate by $[removed] a month.
