Feels like a home, caring staff, scheduled activities, close to family. I would recommend to others. The memory care home having a 1 yr spend down is fabulous for elders & families that weren't able to afford 2-3 yr spend down for Medicaid. The staff there is incredible and never would've been able to get my mom into a support home so seamlessly & quickly without them

As a Pro - [name removed] the Office Manager is extremely professional, caring and quick to respond. As a Con - make sure you verify all medications and times taken (AM only / PM only) on a weekly basis. Weekend staff needs stronger communication and support from weekday staff.

The staff has been great! The level of care and concern and help the office manager with dealing with long-term care insurance has been great! I'd give 5 on all categories except a 4 on cleanliness (at times the odor is strong but not always). The staff are always helpful, friendly, and kind...and so patient!
