Residents Make the Difference for a Positive Experience

The building is clean. Saturday morning coffee and donuts are paid for by management but residents make it successful. Residents organize cook-outs, holiday pot lucks, cards, Xmas tree decorating. A single bedroom unit is the same size as mine (his Caregiver) and I'm not n a 55+ bldg. The rent is reasonable, parking is good; location is great, 4 blocks from a great senior center, 1/2 block from groceries, fitness gyms, walking trails, dentists, drs. and restaurants, banks, downtown area.

It's a bit small, I wish I had more room. However, I like the location overall and where my apartment is located. I haven't seen any of the staff, if [name removed] comes, it's only been to show an apartment.

If you just follow the rules, everything will be good! I love my apartment, it's big. I like the community room where we all can gather together and socialize. I would highly recommend HOMESTEAD Apartments, my granddaughter said she wants to live here when she becomes of age.

I'm currently a resident at Homestead Apartments and I love it here! I have no problems with the staff, but I have heard from other residents that they are not happy with the staff. Everything has been great for me here. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

A nice community

My mother in law is doing great at this community. She makes her own meals. The staff are considerate, friendly and helpful. They have an activity room where the residents can get together. They have secured locks outside. The community is clean and I would recommend it.
