PositiveThe staff are great with my mom. Lots of activities to keep her busy. She's on a soft food diet and they've done really well at providing her balanced meals. She has several friends and is very happy there. We had some issues early with billing and communication but those seem to be resolved.

CriticalThe facility overall is very nice. The nursing staff really seem to care about their patients. However, the director told us before we moved in they were seeking a contract with Medicaid. We were told to move in quickly while space was still available. That was six months ago and the State still had not received an application from them. My mother's level of care was also increased without notifying me even though I'm partially responsible for her account.
