PositiveLoving and Caring Home
Homestead is a wonderful home for yourself or your family members. The environment is very loving and caring. I cannot say enough about the staff. They are all so kind, friendly, wanting to help you in any way that they possibly can. Every day is filled with activities. Because it is a small home, it's much easier to get to know others in the community. Residents are treated not only with great kindness, but also with respect and dignity. A true family community.

My questions are ..... not being notified with changes ... the information is on letters left in residence room.... I live 7 hrs away ... I don't have this info... her bill is sent to me every month ... not sure why this info is not included for those of us not right there close. Mirror for my aunts dresser is still sitting on the floor by the wall waiting for maintenance to put it up as I was told they would almost a year ago . Trying to get her a haircut at facility .... still not done ... they say she needs to p…

Compared to other homes in the area they are most cost effective. In regards to my other numbers 3 is average. Could do a little more activity but being a smaller size I know they are limited with staff. Overall experience has been good so far.
