PositiveThey made my Dads transition a painless process. The staff was outstanding from the director to the Wait staff. Everyone has a pleasant personality and is willing to go above and beyond. They basically welcomed him and I with open arms as if we were there for years and we're coming back from a vacation. I believe he is experiencing outstanding care. The facilities is clean and kept the grounds are kept, and he is enjoying the food as there are many meal options for each sitting breakfast lunch and dinner which I ha…

PositiveThe staff is very caring and loving. They get my Dad involved in activities. My Dad no longer eats meals by himself out of a styrofoam container. He goes to a dining room with everyone else. The facility will recommend using My Mobile MD as the primary care physician. However, after experiencing medication management, lab work follow up, and other orders, I would not recommend this option

They even arranged for my mom to have lunch there with two of the residents. Not only did she really enjoy that, but it made her feel extra "at home" having made some acquaintances right from the start. This community has a lot to offer and is in mom's "Top Two" communities where she wants to live. It just depends upon what's available when the time …

Positive[Name Removed] is such a gem. She setup a wonderful lunch with residents that my father could talk to. We were able to see all of the amenities while we were onsite as well as a few rooms. She is an excellent communicator.
