PositiveOur family's experience
The staff, care, activities, food and cleanliness all seem to be up to standard. If I could change one important issue would be the cost of the facility. Unfortunately my mom will not be able to afford the cost past next year as her finances can't afford the facility. This is the most disappointing aspect of my mom's situation.

CriticalVery disappointed in care
Dining and dining room staff was the only thing good about Inspired Living. Everything else was bad. Mom had a large wound from a fall on her hip and it was bandaged and dated before entering Inspired Living. They let that dated bandage stay on her for over 10 days without changing it. Mother also has diabetes and wounds should be taken much more seriously than that. We approached administration about several items several different times with no changes. We removed Mom from there within 19 days. Would have been le…

[Name Removed] were extremely kind and resourceful during the search, decision and the move. Inspired Living at Ocoee seems like a great fit for my folks life style; warm, inviting, family dining, flexibility in dining, importance of relaxation and freedom, and lovely comfortable surroundings. It's a great community and they are very open to feedback and making changes when necessary. Rooms are bigger, has a pool, more common spaces than other facilities and has a restaurant open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. instead of set dining hours for each meal. Yes we would definitely recommend Inspired Living! The staff is amazing, and excellent at integrating feedback. While no option will be problem free, how a facility handles feedback says everything

The staff is great, very helpful. The beginning was off to a slow start but we all worked through it. The down side is It is very expensive to have my mom there and realistically we can't keep her there long term.

They were so very nice to us. She got there went to the ER due to agitation and returned comatose. The place was nice, they updated the room before we moved in and were very attentive. A CNA hugged me and thanked me for sharing our mom with them
