The staff are very caring and attentive. I would recommend and the facility as a whole is open and well lite. It is 3 buildings of different levels so I can really only speak to building C that my wife is in.

Best Care for Our Loved One

Iris Memory Care has been such a blessing for us. We live out of state and our minds rest at ease because we have continuous and frequent communication with the staff. We text, email, and speak by phone with staff and we are very pleased with the response time. Our loved one is in good hands. Seeing her via FaceTime assures us that she is well cared for.

Our experience with Iris has been excellent. The staff is absolutely the best and truly love the people living there. They are committed and it is obvious they have a passion for older people especially those with Alzheimer’s. They engage with them and have continuous activities to keep the loved ones active, involved and loved. Those that are able go in activities outside. They have family events and they communicate well with the families. I highly recommend Iris to anyone that has a loved one with Alzheimer’s

They need to be more consistent with placing the correct clothes when returned from the laundry. Bedding the same. The staff would try but when we moved my friend's items once he passed, there were many items that were missing.

It's pretty good and the staff are friendly.

The ambiance of the atmosphere was to another degree.Loved the decor and how friendly the staff was.Very clean and plenty of parking unlike some places.You can feel the love as soon as you walked in….it felt more like a home than a community
