Read the reviews—see yelp and google reviews they are red flags, not isolated complaints. I’m writing this in real time while actively trying to move my family member out and get as far away from this place as possible. The fish stinks from the head, and the problem here is clearly leadership. The Executive Director is rude, dismissive, and at times outright mean. Positives are that the common areas very clean, the staff are kind and the building and grounds are well maintained. Looks great from a distance. Negatives are it's badly understaffed, difficult to reach management. Very slow to respond if at all. Residents rooms are not secure and residents (my mom specifically) has had belongings go missing in the middle of the night! Also residents are allowed to isolate.
