CriticalPositives are that the common areas very clean, the staff are kind and the building and grounds are well maintained. Looks great from a distance. Negatives are it's badly understaffed, difficult to reach management. Very slow to respond if at all. Residents rooms are not secure and residents (my mom specifically) has had belongings go missing in the middle of the night! Also residents are allowed to isolate.
