★★★★★
PositiveA very nice place. Have not spent a lot of time there. Staff very friendly and helpful . Lots of activities available tho don’t think my sister takes part in many . Spoke to a woman whose mother is there. Said she looked at places throughout Bay Area and this was the best. She also said she felt memory care only facility was superior to tiered
★★★★★
PositiveStaff are always willing to talk to family members and be helpful!
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility itself is beautiful and has a lovely garden that residents can easily access. Would recommend, but with caveat that the activities need improvement. There is 1 person that does it all. On his days off, they watch tv
★★★★★
PositiveI would definitely recommend Lakeside Park. The staff were amazing and really paid attention to what my loved one's needs were and created activities specifically to his needs. They were all so friendly and even texted me recently to see how he is doing. My loved one had alcohol onset dementia, which unlike other dementia, can get better. His did, with the help of the staff.
★★★★★
PositiveThe friendliness of the staff and responsiveness are the things that the staff does best at. The administration has been very flexible and caring as well. To their credit, they are adding more staff. The learning curve is steep which results in communication breakdowns and individualized care needs fall through the cracks. Issues are quickly remedied once brought to their attention. The quality of care will improve once they are fully staffed. They just hired a new activity director so should see some improvements …

PositiveLakeside Park is really good. I am really happy with the facility. I have no complaints. The experience has been really well. They are doing a wonderful thing here. I am very pleased with everything.
