PositiveUnfortunately, [community removed] was bought out by Ivy Gardens a few months after my sister-in-law was placed there so it is no longer that facility name. Some of the staff have stayed some new staff all in all the facility works for [name removed]. Now it is on the pricey side to be honest, but I guess that's the nature of facilities they've got. Some nice activities for the residence. My sister-in-law has blended in well she does like her room, which is just spacious enough for her. She has a private area it's …

PositiveI recently toured Ivy Livermore while looking for an assisted living community for a relative with Alzheimer’s disease, and I came away very impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely compassionate. What stood out to me most was their emphasis on caring for residents with Alzheimer’s and other memory-related conditions. It was evident that they prioritize treating each resident with patience, dignity, and respect while creating a safe, supportive, and engaging envir…

PositiveThe facility did not know we were planning on stopping by. However, they gave us a nice tour of the facility and answered all of our questions. They did not have time to prep for our visit. Never-the-less, everything seemed to be nice and pleasant. We had a nice and informative visit.

PositiveRose Garden has been great. My sister-in-law [name removed] has made a very nice transition. The nursing faculty is wonderful very helpful, making sure everyone is comfortable. there has been a change of hands so now Rose Garden has been changed to Ivy park. It was actually one of the facilities we were looking at in Hayward so they are incorporating a lot of their activity ideas into Rose garden. The assisted-living area is actually very nice We also know a resident in that area. They have a very nice dining area …

CriticalWhat we saw seemed clean, well organized, and friendly. My low score is because it turned out. They had no rooms available. That was the whole reason we came to tour.

PositiveThe staff is very friendly and they learned your name quickly. They're very attentive, and it's great to be able to dine with my father in law anytime we want to. The food has also been fantastic. They have great activities. People come and sing. They also have cocktail hour, they play balloon volleyball and word games. There's a movie every night after dinner And they also do sunday football.
