Our experience was extremely disappointing. There were repeated problems throughout my dad's stay that made us lose confidence in the care he was receiving. His clothing was constantly getting lost, and he was often dressed in clothes that didn't belong to him. His comforter and bed sheets also disappeared. During my last visit, all of his shoes had ended up in another resident's room, leaving him without shoes for half the day. That was the last straw for our family. Overall, tough transition for mom, but settling in. Staff is friendly, lots of activities but mom isn't too interested. Food is great. Several administrative issues with billing, assisted care, and initial move in. Admin staff is not very responsive. That part has been disappointing. Apartment is great, plenty of room.

The staff are helpful and the caregivers are wonderful. Recently, they are short on staff so some of the services were delayed. They are a variety of good activities and events for family to join in.
