Now that my sister is in Ivy Park, I feel she is in a safe environment. She would not be safe living alone in her home. She couldn't walk or cook for herself. My sister's needs changed dramatically after arriving there (no fault of Ivy Park). She lost her ability to walk. The monthly cost went up dramatically (no fault of Ivy Park). I experienced a wonderful and thorough tour with one whose knowledge, positive attitude, and appreciation of the quality of care and facilities offered here at Ivy Park was impressive. I would be not only feel relieved but also delighted to be able to enjoy my friend here, and will remain hopeful that one day he will become a part of this warm and homey community.

What we like the most about Ivy Park is the location, cleanliness and the staff. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Nice facility for seniors; great staff!

Our 98 year old mother moved into Ivy Park this past spring. She really enjoyed the lovely environment; her apartment, the facility and its’ grounds. The staff members were all warm, kind, caring, patient and respectful. Our mother’s condition did fail after a few months due to her underlying medical conditions. Of course, we would have wanted her to have had a lot more time there; it wasn’t meant to be. Memory care unit lacks "care"

If I could give this memory care facility 0 stars, I would. Don't get me wrong, it is a very nice assisted living place with nice apartments and common areas. However, the memory care facility deserves 0 stars. My father who suffers from Alzheimer's entered the facility in early November. The staff at the memory care unit failed to give him his medications for 24 hours.
