★★★★★
PositiveThe accommodations are terrific. Very clean and attentive staff. Good meals. The director [name removed] is very knowledgeable and [name removed] the care director is also great to work with! No complaints.

Positive#1 is 4 due to their policy change re my friends cats. It was unusual they let [name removed] have her cats but they are claiming now the cats are peeing everywhere and throwing up and are ill. It's bogus, they are just changing policy. She is in the memorycare unit which is very expensive and you would think it for the price it would be nothing to remind her to clean the cat boxes everyday. #2 is 5 #3 is 5 #4 is 4 (due to #1) #5 is 5? #6 is 4 #7 is 5 based on another residents friends report #8 its hard to underst…

PositiveI give Ivy Park 5 stars. My husband is not an easy person to care for, he has, for most of his life, owned his own businesses and always been in charge and in control. This disease has robbed him of that. He is not going quietly into the night. Not that there haven't been hiccups. But when I mention a concern to the staff they immediately find solutions. I have the sense that they genuinely care and that he is safe there. I was his caregiver for eight years and have a sense for when his needs are being met. The apa…

PositiveMet with [name removed] who did a great job of showing me around the facilities and was so easy to talk to, that I may have over-shared a bit of our situation for a first meeting. She took all in stride, and made it clear that the safety, happiness, and well-being of our dad is their priority. Since we're still figuring things out with timing and budgets, we haven't been able to commit yet, but they are definitely one of our top choices when the time comes.
★★★★★
PositiveI felt immediately welcomed when I walked through the door. It’s obvious that people are there to help and they are busy doing that.
★★★★★
PositiveI give them 5 stars. [name removed] has been in several assisted living places. This is the first one where she is comfortable and doing well.
