PositiveI recently had the pleasure of visiting Ivy Park of Sabre Springs. We stopped by hoping to get a peek and make an appointment. It turned out they were willing to see us right then and there we watched a bingo activity gathering up in a pub type room, even with the popcorn popper going. The residents seemed pretty excited by it. Our guide offered clear narration for each area and answered all our questions. I loved the way corridors opened up wider near corners and the elevators. PositiveExtremely well run. Very clean. Staff are all terrific. All activities seemed well attended and the variety was excellent. The location was very convenient.

PositiveWe love how attentive the staff are to mom, checking in on her constantly. Mom says that the food is just ok, but she always seems to be finding something to eat. The staff really have worked at getting her involved with the activities. She loves that they do her laundry and clean her suite. They are mixed sized. I do believe that she has one of the larger 1 bedroom apartments but we were able to furnish it with everything she needed without it being cramped

PositiveA few things that stood out - the helpful staff. It is generally easy to get questions answered. Caring staff. I would recommend Ivy Park to others.

CriticalTerrible experience. My husband's room was very dirty. Came in to visit and someone had shivered his wet sheets in the closet with his clean clothes. Male Night shift very combative with him. He fell out of his wheelchair when they were supposed to be watching him and he heard his arm so I had to take him to urgent care. This was in [date removed] and to this day his arm is still hurting him. I will never recommend the place they are understaffed . I could go on and on about everything that happened to him. I decid…

PositiveThe meals and dining could use some improvements and its expensive but I think it's all worth it. It feels more like a hotel than a nursing facility. The staff are great and they keep the place very clean My aunt really likes it, but the food is a little drab, I'm sure it's not easy to make everyone happy. You can order room services, but it gets pricey
