They have provided excellent care ( at a fair price) for my sister during a period of challenging health issues. The staff is attentive and caring. Apartment size is nice and roomy and the room and facility are very clean. Not extensive support for gluten free diets but they are making concerted efforts to support her needs. Many activities both on site and day trips. They exhibit a caring attitude.

Very grateful for Ivy Park! My brother and I interviewed several senior living locations throughout the Bay Area. Ivy Park stood out from the initial start. You can see the genuine care and support the staff and people here provide. The fellow residents were also very welcoming and kind to my mom. Ivy Park San Jose made the transition very smooth for my Sister who was coming from a post hospital rehab facility. This was after [community removed] refused her admittance at the last minute. I would not recommend [community removed] to anyone. Ivy Park assessed her needs and put together a solid care plan. We were able to move her to their community. They have provided the needed support for her. Their pricing for services has been fair.
