CriticalThe rooms were not cleaned daily per the contract. The direct care staff were friendly but the admin staff did not communicate well. The care suffered because they were short-staffed and the staff they did have was inexperienced (night shift) and overworked. PositiveI would tell my friends that the community itself is wonderful. The community is caring, the nurses were kind and caring. I would not recommend the monthly bank withdrawals. I would recommend doing a pay as you go. In the contract it said they would refund your money within 10 days. I ended up speaking to the corporate office, to get my money back three months later. There has been a lot of staff turnover.
