Some areas are acceptable but some are substandard.

Most aspects do not parallel with the high price charged. Food is substandard. Odd routine. Staff are friendly but not medically trained. In other term, they are workers but not qualified senior care takers. Residents do not appear happy.

I toured this facility and it was good, but I didn't really like the room set up. The cleanliness was fair. The staff was very friendly. The cost was very expensive.

I took a recent tour at Joyful Chapter, the place was clean, organized and seem to have plenty of staff to support and fulfill the resident's needs. However the fee for a shared room is very expensive. I am current waiting for a return call to discuss whether they are willing to negotiate the fee for care.

Tailored to Chinese with Cantonese and Mandarin speaking staff. The facility only takes ~24 patients so all the patients are housed on the same floor and hallway. Serves Chinese food. Most patients entered at a level 2 care, and facility does provide hospice care.
