An Excellent Facility For Your Loved One

Very accommodating and thoughtful staff. Rave reviews of the food served. The ratio to residents could be better. The main center has many great activities, but limited for memory care and they could use more daily engagement.

He has already made a tremendous impact by revitalizing our activity program with a focus on consistent, meaningful stimulation. In fact, our residents have been so active and engaged this past week that they've been happily exhausted by the end of the day! We are fully committed to maintaining this high level of daily engagement and ensuring our staffing ratios continue to support the personalized care our residents deserve. Caring Staff

The caring staff is wonderful. The admin department was going through changes and some restructuring was going on as we left. We left because costs jumped up suddenly by a couple thousand dollars per month due to a change in definition of services needed for my dad, who was at the highest care level, and because the facility does not accept Medicaid. Families should know the staff is wonderful, and the facility itself is very good and well cared for. Be aware that a Montana statute requires facilities to notify 30 …

I would like to personally introduce myself as the Executive Director. Having served as the Sales Director here for over six years prior to stepping into this role in September. I care deeply about this community and our families. I sincerely apologize for any frustration caused by the administrative restructuring and communication gaps regarding rate changes during your father's stay. Review for Kalispell Assisted Living

Size, services, convenient location. I didn't check any other facilities as I was convinced this was a good fit and they had a room available.

[name removed], business office manager here at KAL is such a kind lady who is always willing to help us residents with everything thing. Sometimes we are asked to provide information to insurance, or Drs. and most of us are not in the computer world, [name removed] gladly helps and does it in a lovely way. I appreciate her more than I can say.

Warm and Friendly Atmosphere

Facility is warm and inviting. They work hard to make it appealing and homey with seasonal decorations. Staff is very caring and accessible. I definitely recommend Kalispell Assisted Living! Love the facility but especially the people there.
