Dated,overpriced and poor leadership

The noticeable changes in the new administration has been very noticed upon visiting residents. The facility was planned for an overhaul but thats been talked about for 2 years plus now and no real major changes other then the parking lot and roof got done last year with the excellent maintenance staff staying on top of major needs. Peace of mind decision

Karcher Senior Living is a fantastic facility, clean and in my opinion, well managed. [names removed] and the caregiver staff go above and beyond. Soooo many activities and amenities available! Honestly, I can't speak to the food as I'm not the resident but I can see there are multiple options available for every meal. The "studio" my parents are in is a little small for two people and a cat but would be fine for a single person. Larger apartments are available and are very nice. We may make that move in time. Karcher Senior Living

The staff that I have meet are very nice and seem to be very caring towards my sister. The Karcher House is always clean and smells better than alot of the other places I have visited. The only bad thing is they dont have Memory Care, so when it comes to that time I will have to find another spot.

A great place to call home

The fun activities and the wonderful staff that treat my aunt like their own family. Yes, we would without any hesitations recommend this community to other families. The only reason I wouldn't give them a 5 star review is because there has been a lot of turnover in the top management and because of a very small, two, number of staff that are lazy and impatient. They mostly work the night shift. They have sent my aunt to the ER more than once because of arthritis. Even the ER is like why? We can't do anything. It's…

The community has a lot of potential and could benefit from some updates, as some furniture and carpet are a bit dated. While planned activities sometimes don't happen as scheduled, the staff clearly cares about the residents. It seems the community is going through a transition with some recent staffing changes, and there's hope that the new management will continue to modernize and enhance the experience for residents.
