CriticalComments- very challenging front desk experience. Not friendly. Key staff are non responsive generally when any inquiries made. Generally, most care givers were pleasant. The experience for memory care follows the same mundane schedule each day. For memory care assisted living, my mother had very little direct oversight. She had fallen probably a half dozen to a dozen times. The last got her expelled. Not a pleasant journey. My mid grades are because I estimate they provide a median care service. Our experience so…

PositiveThe staff is always caring, polite, and willing to help. They interact as though the residents are their own family.
★★★★★
PositiveI would recommend them. I think they are understaffed right now that is causing some issues but I also think they are doing their best.

CriticalI would recommend the facility to others especially for members care. It has a small number of residents. It's a nice small place that is going through the process of new owner, staff and renovations. Place is very clean, one staff could use an attitude check, the meals are not up to par in my opinion for memory care; too many cold sandwiches.
