CriticalOverall experience - people were nice enough but the change in management was really disappointing.......mom was only there for about 6 months when they totally changed their operations (no more meals, etc) - and got none of the $[removed] community fee back.

CriticalFriendliness of staff 4. Of residents. I like that it is small. It would be easy to make friends. I'm little sour about the way they have been, what seems like, trying to make my mom move. She has only been there 2 full months and they already said she is not abiding by the hygiene policy. That her apartment smelled of urine thinking it was her. It was not. It was the cat box. First thing I chose reunion ct of Kingwood because if I ever needed assisted living, it's over on the next building, when I came here they told me they sold it. 2- they had told me they there was weekly housekeeping, now it's only every other week ( big disappointment, and they don't do a great job) The outer bathrooms are almost always dirty. CriticalIf you care about your love one., this is not the place for them. They put in a good front of how wonderful this place is when you visit and once you are in there, it is a nightmare. They have no bedside manner or communication with the outside family. If you decide to place your love one here I suggest installing camera in the love one room so you can see this for yourself.
