My Dad had an overall positive experience, but the nursing and administrative situation was not good at times, and we had an awful experience at the end. They had ZERO medical records for my Dad. Dad used their doctor, and they had no medical history. They didn't even know my Dad had congestive heart failure. When I asked about it, they told me they were not required to have medical records.
