So far it seems like a really nice play. She's really enjoying it and making friends. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching for one.

CriticalOutside grounds look good. False impression IMO.
Food, or lack of, is a problem. No consistency. Amount of food is a problem. Little. Exercise equipment is locked up. Problem people are allowed to stay. No accountability here at all. State doesnt see day to day services.

The community is friendly and very clean. It depends on what you're looking for for your loved one. I would recommend you look at the community. The food is currently being delivered to the residents' rooms, as the community is waiting to open the dining room until the state says they can. It would be nice to have more communication from the staff towards the family.

PositiveThis is a wonderful place. The staff really cares about their resident's. My aunt lives at Knollwood and she really likes the staff and the other resident's that live there. I enjoy spending time with my aunt ant the other residents at Knollwood.

PositiveKnollwood is the best
My mother was in residence for 6 months. She required significantly mor care than normal which was provided on a timely basis. Being MediCare certified was a great help financially, very unusual for an elder living facility. I highly recommend this facility.
