CriticalIt's basically a dump! My poor mom was not taken care of very well. With exception of a few kind staff people, the place should have their license taken away!
★★★★★
CriticalI like some of the staff, in particular [name removed]the cook in my mom's cottage. She was very caring and kind to my mom. I think they need to really update and clean up the place. Interior is pretty shabby, dirty, and smelly if I'm being really honest. I also think they need more staff

PositiveI rate them 5 on all categories. Exceptionally professional and caring. The director's competence and professionalism. Immediately we knew we wanted our mother to live there.
★★★★★
PositiveIf they have an opening for your loved one, take it immediately. [removed] should be considered the leader in the quality of and high level of care one can and should expect in a memory care facility. They seemed both professional and caring and it proved true. . Each staff member was wonderful. Best decision we made for [name removed]. Excellent care given.
★★★★★

PositiveI really appreciated them for calling me when he was in his last days . We signed him up for hospice that day but he passed before they could start. We all had a chance to say goodbye. His brother, sister and 3 children. When I visited him he was happy and well taken care of. Clean clothes , brushed hair and teeth. No body odor. The staff was friendly and he liked one in particular. The activity director said he keep her laughing. He had a great since of humor. The food was good since he didn't lose too much weight…
