Lake House Assisted Living is a senior assisted living community in Largo, Florida. For years, we’ve dedicated our community to promoting the welfare of aging residents with comfortable living spaces, supportive staff, and essential services and amenities. Our community is dedicated to encouraging independence, all while providing the assistance that is needed, within a loving atmosphere of a bed-and-breakfast style setting. Our mission is to help ensure each resident receives the quality care and fulfilling lifestyle that they deserve at an affordable cost. We provide a full spectrum of daily services that help everyone live a life full of dignity, purpose, and respect. Community Amenities and Services At Lake House, we create a personalized care plan that reflects each resident's specific service needs in order to provide the best support and experience every day. Our dedicated team provides daily meals and snacks, housekeeping, laundry, medication management, recreational activities, and a variety of additional amenities and services — all with a loving touch. On-campus, we offer an array of services and amenities to help ensure the optimal overall health of all residents. Our professionally trained healthcare professionals also assist residents with their activities of daily living (e.g., diabetic monitoring, feeding, continence care, grooming, mobility, etc.). We can provide additional services as well. Residents can also schedule appointments with visiting physicians, for lab and diagnostic services, visiting podiatry services, and more. Living Arrangements We currently offer private and semi-private units. Residents can preserve peace of mind and a carefree lifestyle with our housekeeping and laundry services regularly. Here, residents can focus less on hassles and more on creating great moments every day. Care Types Offered Lake House Assisted Living is an assisted living facility which offers extended congregate care . In the state of Florida, these terms are defined as follows: Assisted Living Facility A facility that provides supervision of the activities of daily living, medications, and other similar services to residents in a homelike environment. These facilities can house one resident to hundreds of residents. Extended Congregate Care Under this license an assisted living facility can provide limited nursing services, supervision to residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments, provide total care for dressing/toileting/grooming, dietary management, and more. PositiveThe staff is wonderful directors. Of the facility has been very helpful. Very communitive caregivers, I would say, okay, I don't live in the state. So I can't see firsthand her apartment size was perfect, actually too big but good for a couple and the food I can't comment. As for entertainment entertainment could be more interesting.

PositiveThe facility itself is nice, it's newer and it sits on a lake. If your loved one needs a lot of care - like a lot of personal care - you might have a little bit of a struggle, but they do tend to work with anything you need. If there are any hiccups, they are willing to try and make it right.
