I have a one bedroom apt, all meals are provided, cable is provided, housekeeping every week, really numerous activities, bus to provide rides to shopping places three days a week, book club, worship services, movies and wine tasting with entertainment. I knew of this place years ago and i am really glad that I could afford the rent. I had experience with independent living In colorado so i was glad to know that i could live here. The staff is great, and [name removed] is a genuinely good person who is always pleasant and helpful. However, the facility could use some updates and improvements. Cleaning and general maintenance could be more consistent, and it seems like staffing issues may have contributed to some of these concerns. It would also be nice to see more variety in the menus, as they seem to offer many of the same things from week to week. PositiveI found the facility to be clean, the staff most helpful and accommodating. I was invited to have lunch and meet some of the residents. These ladies are delightful. The units are great and are being updated nicely. I would really like to live there. The dining area is quite loud in my opinion. That is the only negative I found.
