CriticalI visit quite frequently and it tends to keep the staff a little more attentive than maybe they would normally be. Staff is typically friendly but I have been seeing a bit of a high turnover. My personal opinion is that every resident has some slightly different needs. I would expect some sort of "chart" be maintained for each room that would help the caregivers better understand those needs. ie: Mom is forgetting to brush her teeth in the morning, please be sure she does so, please be sure a drying towel is hangin…
