The staff is helpful. We have had good communications with everyone. The room is nice and by brother is comfortable there.

We have been seeking care for our brother for the last year. With one visit, we were greeted with compassion, warmth, and knowledge. We are looking forward to our brother being a member of your community.

Could have done a little better

House keeping could be better medical care could be better Every time I come the staff are just sitting around by the fireplace on the south side

The facility is generally clean, and the food is acceptable overall. Recently, there has been some improvement in staff retention, which is a positive development. Residents are encouraged to remain aware of their surroundings and to keep an eye on their personal belongings, as in any shared living environment. The facility does provide a range of activities, including group exercise sessions, religious services, meetings, bingo, and both scheduled and spontaneous events. I rate this place a 5 across the board. It's a small, quiet place. On this end, we have a diverse group.

Stay Involved

I visit quite frequently and it tends to keep the staff a little more attentive than maybe they would normally be. Staff is typically friendly but I have been seeing a bit of a high turnover. My personal opinion is that every resident has some slightly different needs. I would expect some sort of "chart" be maintained for each room that would help the caregivers better understand those needs. ie: Mom is forgetting to brush her teeth in the morning, please be sure she does so, please be sure a drying towel is hangin…
