LakeHouse Sheboygan

The facility was everything we were looking for and more. The apartments were clean, freshly painted , appropriate for seniors and the community spaces were equally as nice. The only drawback was the distance from their friends.

The staff and personnel at Lake House were friendly, courteous, and concerned about my mothers well being. They offered us respite care as well as long term care. The facility is clean and very bright. They explained everything to me in detail and showed me the rooms available. Thanks for the great tour.

Nice apartments, Very friendly staff

We tell everyone how nice Lakehouse is. All the staff we meet are friendly and helpful. Our mother has dementia and the staff shows nothing but patience and caring for her. The apartment space is really nice. Biggest spaces of any places we toured. Easy for family to come and visit for as long as they like. My mother and step dad talk about how great the food is. My step dad talks about the wonderful staff and the care they give Mom. Highly recommend Lakehouse.

Friendly staff

All "4s" except the following, which are all "5s": Friendliness, Cleanliness, and Value for the Money. Friendliness and care and concern were outstanding by the large majority of the staff.

Looking for Assisted Living facility.

I was very happy working with a friendly and very professional & knowledgeable staff. I worked with [name removed] and [name removed] to help me make a decision. Apartment and the rest of facility was very nice and clean. Would recommend LakeHouse anytime.

Unprofessional

My father was not considering activities, but seemed they had many options. My father has late-stage parkinson's. He needs to push his button often because he gets frozen in place. It takes up to an hour and a half for anyone to respond. Staff have implied to him and said to each other that he is faking, because he could walk fine earlier. So, slow to respond, not well trained, unprofessional. Not super clean.
