★★★★★
PositiveThe value for cost gets a 4 and not a 5 because of the food. They have a Wonderful front desk person- [name removed], very helpful management willing to problem solve and address concerns quickly, everyone very friendly, small studios on the older side, but very clean when my brother moved in, large bathroom, good storage, overall very good experience although my brother consistently complains about the food quality.
★★★★★
PositiveThe reason I did not rate the meals and dining service a 5 overall is because there is not enough fresh vegetables and the meals are in to small of amounts. What really stood out to us about this community with was the friendliness of the staff as well as the newly refurbished apartments.
★★★★★
CriticalGood to start with, then the kitchen went bad and was remodeled. Food was okay, always cold. Housekeeping was fine, room was fine. We lost a day - they owed us a day's rent that they never would pay us. It was clean, it was nice, people were nice, food not too good. One staff member that helped us was really nice. She was the head coordinator that checked us in.
★★★★★
CriticalFood service could be better. If a tray is sent to a residents room it often arrives barely warm or cold. Dining room service is pretty good but the food needs more seasonings to give it more flavor.
★★★★★
PositiveI do not think there is very good communication. When i first talked with them about putting my loved one there they were enthusiastic, but I have not seen half of what they said they would do. I have asked 3 times for a statement for the bill and they still have not given me one. They messed up his medication as well.
★★★★★
PositiveThey did really well. The community could start encouraging activities. My mom liked it because it was the most accessible. She liked how she was treated well. The community was well kept. The staff were all very friendly.
