We urgently needed a memory care facility for mom. Lakes Crossing had an opening, and upon visiting the facility we knew it would be good for her. Kudos to the staff for making it happen very quickly over the holidays. The folks taking care of mom have been wonderful. They treated mom like family.

The staff has been really good and consistent, same faces for the most part, cleanliness and room size are both great, I'm happy with the onboarding process, it was made better by the homes director [name removed]. Food looks okay I don't really eat with my mom.

Overall I would rate the facility a 5. Very friendly staff, wonderful people skills who show patience and compassion for the elderly. The food is always good and plentiful. The facility is kept clean and the staff is eager to help any way they can. Rooms are different sizes to accommodate specific needs. I believe this is the best elderly care facility in the area.

It's been the best move for my dad. He's very happy. The staff are great. The chef is from filly and is a riot. My dad's nurses are attentive and patient as are all as a whole. The manager [name removed], is fantastic. The facility is clean and very easy to navigate. The tenants are involved as to food choice and suggestions on ideas to make their lives easier and enjoyable.
