PositiveThey need more help, the staff that are there are great, but they need more help with short staff . They have gone through many different administrators since we have ben there, But other than that they are good people the girls are very good.

PositiveWhat stood out to me about this facility is that everyone is pleasant, larger size, close to home, and they said they could handle my mom's issues. Some staff is good and some staff I wonder. They offer activities. They provide housekeeping, but I don't know how often. The facility is clean, no problem with that. They need more communication with family. When it comes to my mom's supplies, I shouldn't have to go see her and find out she is out of her special pads that I have to order for her or her natural stuff th…

PositiveThe experience with Lakeside Villa has been amazing from the start. The attention and care they provide my mother is amazing and very much appreciative. She really enjoys being there and is able to participate in the daily activities like crafts, cards, and bingo. I have not yet tried the food but it looks and smells great!
