Everything is very good. Maintenance is great. Apartment size is small and the layout wasn't like the paper that was given. So furniture was bought for the layout but fortunately I could make it work. Couldn't get in to see the unit ahead of time to see if it was right for me. But it works. I heard a few other tenants saying they couldn't see the Apartment until they moved in. They requested another unit months down because what they had was too small. Mgmt is good as is maintenance. My minor issues were addressed …

Smoking allowed in building. Multiple pipes bursting due to cold. Temperature control in bldg was terrible. Cleanliness was nonexistent.

Very clean and welcoming

From our phone experience with all of the A Place For Mom representatives to the folks at Lakewood Tower everything has gone very smoothly. The appointment for for a look at the apartment to completing the application process and answering questions, all went well. My mother in law had some adjustments to make moving from her own home to an apartment setting but she is now thriving. The folks that reside in the apartment complex are very nice and helpful.

Great place to live for my brother!

The building is clean and well maintained, there are sitting areas on each floor the tenants can gather together for games, conversation and some activities. The office manager was very friendly and patient, she made us feel very welcome during the application process and after my brother moved in he was very comfortable going to her for any kind of question he had. They have a nice walking path he enjoys as well as a workout room. Laundry is very accessible on each floor. Would highly recommend this place to call …

Lakewood Tower review

The staff members that work here are very helpful, the community is kept very clean and I have very friendly neighbors. The quality of care does not apply as this is independent living. There is not a dining service and also very few activities. However based on my experience so far, I would recommend this community to others.
