CriticalWe will probably look for a possible change soon. Our apartment is very dark, no patio those are more important than I knew. The food and service is very inconsistent. The quality of food is poor. The grounds are not well Maintained. The focus seems to be on assisted living and not much to independent living. The staff turnover seems to be a problem. With all that, my neighbors are terrific. We look out for each other.

CriticalIt remains my opinion that the staff is short handed and they simply don't have the time to give the care that all the residents need. For instance. When I signed my mom up I mentioned that my mom was a late riser and liked to take daily showers. She rarely gets breakfast because nobody is paying attention and I guess the staff is unaware of what management agreed to as far as accommodating her breakfast and showering schedule. I would literally have to call every day and go over there to ensure it happens. Also, m…

Critical[name removed] has Parkinsons disease and Lewey body dementia. As a nurse, I counted out his PD drugs for his two week stay. He came home with too many drugs; so His PD medicines were not administered as prescribed, such items as his cane and clothing were lost in the facility. We came home with clothes CLEARLY marked with other names and rm number( I returned them) so that tells me staff arent checking or just dont care. He didnt fall and break a hip but not sure how much good care he received. Will not take him …

PositiveThe staff appears to be excellent, apartment size and value is excellent, food - I can't comment on this yet, but I assume it is fine. Cleanliness- excellent. The only downside I see is related to basic maintenance in a few areas (exterior doors needing painting, tv in common room at entrance not functioning, tables in courtyard... a couple need to be replaced. Overall, I am very happy with your facility... fixing the items above would drive my rating up to 5 stars.

PositiveI love the staff - they are warm and friendly, and on top of things. I would absolutely recommend them to others - The people that live there are really friendly too.
★★★★★
PositiveAdministrative staff not very good with following up or responding to messages, returning your calls. Overall the place is good, better than most and one of the most economical for the type of facility. Would generally recommend.
