There’s a spacious covered patio in the back. The Camden is a model with between 1,859 and 2,811 square feet, depending on whether buyers want to add a second story or a basement. Walk-in closets are in each bedroom and there’s the option for a loft or finished basement. The Morgan has 1,810 to 2,762 square feet, two to four bedrooms, and two or three bathrooms. A large covered patio is included and the owner’s suite has maximum privacy, with a bathroom that includes dual sinks and an oversized walk-in closet. There’s flex space right off the foyer and an optional loft with bedroom or finished basement.
