A nice place that I would recommend

This is my first experience with a Memory Care Facility. The person who runs it has been great. My father has had some difficulties and they have been very helpful with guiding me.

Extremely accommodating

The staff we have been in communication with have been extremely responsive, accommodating, and have gone out of their way to help us with anything we need. The only small issues we have had would be when they say they are going to do something or handle something for us, sometimes it takes 2-3 follow ups from us for it to get done, and sometimes it never gets done at all. However, those have been minor things like bringing a microwave cart, or getting them on the schedule for p.m. care, following the bathing sched…

Staff was friendly and informative Decor was beautiful and calming I liked the fact that you could order what you wanted to eat When the time is right for me I would definitely choose the Terraces

I would recommend if family are able to visit on a regular basis.

Facilities are recently renovated: staff are supportive; room and clothing are well maintained; meals are varied and very good. Not satisfied with medical support. Most dissatisfied with daily stimulation of exercise and activities. As we approach spring, I will be visiting him more often and provide engagement. What I do like the most about the community is that it is 5 minutes from where I live, clean facility; friendly staff; good meals; less than 20 residents

Clean, inviting facility with supportive staff.

The staff are very supportive. Ask specifically about daily care, outside activities, cognitive exercises, interaction with medical support (dr, psychiatrist, podiatrist and dental)

Review for The Terraces at Lawrence

I am honestly floored by their attentiveness. They go above and beyond there to take care of my dad's medical needs. Right now, I really feel like they take initiative on things I would never expect or even allow myself to ask for! They are incredible. The entire staff is wildly compassionate. Nurses and PTs are very qualified, very kind, very attentive. My dad is safe and healthy there. It is SUCH a tremendous weight lifted off my shoulders. They are fabulous!
