Keep your own doctor. Do not go with their "doctor " that is offered. She is an APRN, and is never available. She was to see my dad within 48 hours. After 4 weeks we were still waiting to see her and she knew we needed paperwork signed ASAP. We went back to his PCP. However, the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. Extremely nice place. Staff was friendly sales person very knowledgeable. The residence we saw dining looked comfortable and relaxed.

Our family's experience

My family has been really impressed with the facility and the staff. Every time we stop by it is always clean and the staff very friendly. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars only because it seems to take the meals getting to the table too long. I wonder if it could be sped up by having residents order ahead of time like they do at the hospital. Just a suggestion.

I was very happy with the way they made me feel welcome. They put my name on a welcome sign. Nobody’s ever done that for me before. They have a really well rounded facility. There are things to keep the residents busy if they so choose. Their apartments are well kept up and the menu changes daily. They also have a well lit reception area. I really liked the globe with the coloring. The water looked gray. Never saw one like that. It was a nice touch.

Smaller facility has both pros and cons, and one of the pluses was that it had a welcoming vibe - facility/staff. Services seemed to be better than some other places but not all
