Keep your own doctor. Do not go with their "doctor " that is offered. She is an APRN, and is never available. She was to see my dad within 48 hours. After 4 weeks we were still waiting to see her and she knew we needed paperwork signed ASAP. We went back to his PCP. However, the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. Most of the nursing staff is outstanding and go above and beyond as they do their jobs. Unfortunately, that makes the average people look even worse and not as capable. There aren't very many of th…

My family has been really impressed with the facility and the staff. Every time we stop by it is always clean and the staff very friendly. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars only because it seems to take the meals getting to the table too long. I wonder if it could be sped up by having residents order ahead of time like they do at the hospital. Just a suggestion.

PositiveI was very happy with the way they made me feel welcome. They put my name on a welcome sign. Nobody’s ever done that for me before. They have a really well rounded facility. There are things to keep the residents busy if they so choose. Their apartments are well kept up and the menu changes daily. They also have a well lit reception area. I really liked the globe with the coloring. The water looked gray. Never saw one like that. It was a nice touch.
