They have a lot of activities scheduled daily, something for just about everyone. The in-house therapy staff is attentive and supportive with regular feedback. The in-house hair stylist adds a special treat to the whole experience.

CriticalLegend Assisted Living is a good place to live if you don’t need assistance. The cleaning crew is very efficient and friendly. They do care about your loved one. The dining room is OK, and the food is decent. You can even find good administrative staff to help you during your stay. The problem starts when your loved one needs assistance. The caregiver team is comprised of incompetent personnel with zero empathy. They have no idea how to treat older people. I don’t know what the internal problem is, but the result …
