I appreciate the variety of activities, the quality of the food, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. One area for improvement would be providing more one-on-one contact with new clients during their first few weeks. Additional guidance and support with their daily and weekly schedules could help them feel more comfortable and engaged.

The staff is very caring and use best methods to assure residents and show concern them. There are regular activities to encourage group participation. The food is nutritious and presented attractively. Staff is very observant offering more food if residents finished quickly, offering additional servings if desired.
