PositiveThe staff is good but sometimes communication is an issue. Facility is kept clean. Mom's apartment is small but adequate. Bathroom could use an update.

CriticalMedication management/ medtech resources could be an issue- will need heavy oversight by you for your loved one to ensure proper medication management. This would be the same for special diet - if your loved one is not keen to speak up for themselves
