Liberty Park is a very nice facility. Kept clean. Good staff. My Aunt says the food is good . The dining area is open & very nice.

I was there when I moved mom in but I have been talking to them on the phone. I think I would rate everything a five. But all in all I think they're great! Staff has been wonderful

Communication is not the best. My mom has been there since February, they have never sent an invoice and I had issue with overpayment. Not impressed with corporate. The residents are still eating on styrofoam carry out and plastic silverware (since February). I'm told monthly it's an issue with dishwasher. This facility didn't meet our needs for Memory care

Everything would be great for someone without a problem. They are not able to help or control someone with who needs memory care. She hasn't been there since Dec of last year. They sent her to [community removed] and they sent her to a Nursing home.

Not as good as it appears to be

They didn't clean the bathroom. It was on the toilet, sink, and shower. I had to clean it once myself. They drafted a months rent after telling us the. . I do not recommend this place at all! There were mice and droppings in my sisters room that I reported twice and still there on her clothes in the drawers when I returned. No assistance from staff cutting up her food or opening packages like salad dressing which she had to eat dry. Feces all over the bathroom twice after changing my sister.
