★★★★★
CriticalThe management over the last year has utterly ruined this living community. Look at indeed.com's reviews for Tomah's Liberty Village. The employees have expressed the reasons they are no longer working there and it all began in [date removed] when the new manager took over. The residents feel bullied and are afraid to speak out fearing retaliation. Don't work there. Several complaints have been filed with HUD. Staff turn over is nearly 100%since the management change.
★★★★★
PositiveWe just referred a friend of the family to go live there. The staff is friendly and personable. It's a homey environment. You have opportunities to mingle and socialize if you so choose. It's a safe environment. You are an individual there, not just another resident. And you get to be who you are there.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facilities were clean. Floors were swept and moped regularly, along with vacuuming. The cafeteria area was free of crumbs or food sitting out. The individual rooms were cleaned weekly or more, if needed. Staff was extremely helpful, very nice, and answered any and all questions we had from the first visit to the day we moved her belongings out. The nurses were great with her meds and at the beginning of the end, kept us updated on changes in behavior, eating habits and so on. They also helped with getting hospi…

CriticalNot much good I can say, some staff are great. Others don't deserve to be around people in general. Management...well not much to say about people that disregard good employees and stand by worthless employees. God forbid having a loved one live there, then raising the rent and blaming it on having to pay staff more.
★★★★★
PositiveVery caring. Doing errands for residents after their shift is over. Encourage residents. Positive comments.
★★★★★
PositiveI trust them with my loved one. My standards and my expectations are above average. We picked Liberty Village because of it's location, my knowledge of the director and her expectations, the friendly, open and inviting environment.
