New resident Little Neck Village

They have been very accommodating . It's too early for us to have made relationships. The facility is very nice and clean. It's convenient to shopping areas and places to eat. Also very close to the interstate should you need to use it.

The other residents are very nice and welcoming. They have a bus that takes them to the grocery store once a week. The staff is very friendly. They could have better alarm systems in case somebody falls, especially on the weekends. But since it's not assisted living, that's not really a big problem.

Management staff is awful

The management is very unresponsive and uncaring about the residents. Hardly ever in the office. My parents have been there for over 5 years and my dad recently entered hospice and instead of offering condolences (which she never did) the property manager harassed my family for paperwork for their reapplication which was not due for several months. People dealing with vulnerable elderly should have a bit more compassion.

The grounds are very pretty and kept very clean!

My mother is doing great with the transition to Little Neck Village. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer many activities and make them easily accessible. The community provides transportation for outside activities.

Ideally I should have a place where the transition to Assisted Living is simple. Beach is one mile away. Not the best location for access to Boston.

Went to on 12/13/13 but only saw the outside since there was no sales office on site.
