★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is kept very clean. The food is pretty good, and the desserts are delicious. There is a movie theater here, and the movies have been really great. The employees are very nice and extremely helpful. Occasionally, animals are brought in for us to see, such as dogs and donkeys. The residents are friendly, and there is a bus that occasionally takes us places, though they are currently looking for a driver. We have our own apartments or can share one with another person. PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is that the people are helpful and responsive, lots of activities, good food, more clean than most. Yes, we would recommend Loma Clara Senior Living community to others.
★★★★★
PositiveOur mom is flourishing at Loma Clara and their staff/services have been excellent. I would recommend to others.
★★★★★
PositiveI placed my sister who suffered dementia almost a year ago, staff at the Loma Clara are kind, patient, very knowledgeable in caring for her. ( she is not a easy one to deal with) she was provided three meals a day, different activities throughout the day. She is now considered Loma Clara her home. Almost every one is friendly, kind. I visit my sister 4 or 5 times a week, every time is a pleasant visit. On Holiday we, the families are invited to dine with her that is just cherry on the top.
★★★★★
PositiveThe menu's need a variety of choices. Plus change out the menus. We only see the same things over & over. It was the location that made me choose this one.
★★★★★
PositiveI would say that initially we were happy with the way my dad was doing. Once his needs became more demanding, Loma Clara was not able to deal with it. Its memory care is not sufficiently staffed. They corral everyone in a room and expect 2 to 3 staff members to handle all of the many different needs and stages of dementia/ Alzheimer's.
