PositiveMy mother, with late stage dementia, lived at Magnolia for three months until she passed in mid [date removed]. The staff is friendly and caring. [name removed], the owner is knowledgeable and helpful. She kept consistent, open communication with our family. The facility was always clean and well managed. I would highly recommend this facility to any family looking for care of a loved one.

PositiveIn [name removed] my husband, [name removed] was misdiagnosed with a virus for nine days before it was determined he had a brain bleed. After a week in the hospital he was released to a rehab facility where he suffered a stroke and also went completely blind. He almost died from a stage 4 pressure wound in November. In [date removed] he was to be released and I needed to find a nurse owned facility due to his wound. I was referred to Caring Arms One. I met with the owners [name removed] and [name removed] and when …

PositiveWhen my brother’s health began to decline, I was overwhelmed—not just by the complexity of his medical needs, but by the emotional toll it took on both of us. From the moment we walked through the door, I felt a sense of peace. The staff didn’t just treat my …

PositiveClean and comfortable home with good caregiver to client ratio. Private rooms with large family/common room and kitchen. Additional front sitting room great for visits. Hand prepared meals served three times daily.
★★★★★
PositiveThe caregivers are extremely rude and not welcoming at Caring Arms Adult Family Home. I haven't seen them do any activities. Most of the patients are highly medicated and sleeping. The owners of this place are great. The caregivers on the other hand are so rude and antisocial. They do seem to take good care of the patients which is all that matters.

PositiveCaring Arms has been a life saver for my family and I. I cannot express how wonderful they have been for my Dad. We tried a bigger place, but it didn’t work and he needed a place more like a home. Caring Arms only has up to six adults at one time, so they take such great care of everyone. The food is home cooked and it’s always so clean. My Dad loves them so much there. Thank you for taking such good care of him when we couldn’t.
