PositiveFamily atmosphere, nice people, efficient, clean. My mother is now in a short-term skilled nursing facility - a different animal, But I see the difference. Magnolia Crossing's staff are angels for the level of care they offer.

PositiveIt's a small facility so nobody ever gets lost when they walk out of their room. Everybody knows each other and calls one another friends. I like that it feels like a house but with more oversight, checks, and balances, and activities. Their food is just mediocre. I think one day was hotdogs and warmed up canned corn. I don't know any 60 to 80 year-old that would enjoy eating that. Breakfast can be sort of heavy like biscuits and gravy. PositiveFacility is good. Most staff seem like they actually care. Staff rotates from between the 3 houses each week so no one gets stuck caring for the same residents day in and day out causing people to dislike their job. Food is sometimes terrible looking. I wish there were more activities to draw resident out of their room on a daily basis. I’m sure it’s hard to do that in a memory care facility as peoples abilities are very limited, but those would be some of my very few complaints.
